White Russians were the first cocktail I fell in love with in my twenties. It was probably the fact that they tasted more like an iced coffee than anything else that made me love them so much. That, and maybe that the recipe is so easy! Last week I made myself a little fall themed Pumpkin Spice White Russian using my Pumpkin Spice Creamer to replace the cream in the traditional recipe and it was delicious! I thought you might enjoy the recipe too!
If you don’t want to make my homemade creamer you can easily substitute a store-bought pumpkin creamer-but I highly recommend the homemade version though, it’s a staple in my house this time of year and very easy to make!Print
Pumpkin Spice White Russian
Pumpkin Spice White Russian is the perfect autumn cocktail recipe-a fall version of the classic Kahlua and cream mixed drink.
1 part Kahlua
1 part vodka (I used Tito’s)
1 part Pumpkin Spice Creamer
Mix all ingredients and pour over ice. Serve immediately!
I hope you love this cocktail-let me know in the comments! I love experimenting with new cocktail recipes so if you have a favorite autumn cocktail recipe please leave that in the comments for me too so I can give it a try!
