Maple butter roasted carrots are super easy, just 3 ingredients, and a huge hit every time I serve them. Tender roasted carrots with the sweetness of maple syrup!
10 large carrots, peeled
3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
3 tablespoons maple syrup
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Arrange carrots in a single layer on the baking dish. (Line dish with parchment paper for easier cleanup!)
In a small bowl stir together butter and maple syrup. Pour mixture over the carrots and roll them in the extra on the pan to coat.
Bake for 25 minutes or until fork-tender. Serve immediately.
