  1. Preheat oven to 350º F.
  2. Cream together butter, hazelnut spread, brown sugar and granulated sugar.
  3. Add in vanilla and eggs.
  4. Reduce the speed of the mixer and add in flour, cocoa powder, McCormick Coffee Extract, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Stir in chocolate chips.
  6. Chill dough minimum one hour, preferably overnight.
  7. Drop 1 tablespoon of cookie dough onto baking sheets and bake for 13-15 minutes.
  8. Remove from oven and allow to cool.
