Description
Zaxby’s Zax Sauce is my absolute favorite for dipping chicken or fries! I love this copycat Zaxby’s Sauce recipe-it’s so easy to make!
Ingredients
Units
Scale
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup tomato ketchup
- 1 1/2 teaspoons molasses
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate at least two hours before serving
Notes
- I use light Duke’s mayonnaise and have no issues with it although many other copycat recipes I’ve found online recommend Hellman’s, supposedly because the lemon flavor is more pronounced. I add lemon juice to mine so I’ve had no issue.
- Spray your measuring spoon with nonstick spray before measuring the molasses-it will slide right off and make sure you get the proper amount in the bowl, no sticking to the spoon!
