  1. I ended up adding a bit more peanut butter to ‘glue’ the ingredients together. Instead of honey, I used rice syrup. It was hard to roll into balls so I ended up just passing the ingredients into balls.
These taste very good. Thank you for sharing this recipe.

    1. Hi Meredith, I just recently became able to add info to my recipes so I just updated the post with the nutritional info. If you make 12 energy bites they are about 250 calories a piece. Obviously, if they are smaller they will be less but I like mine on the bigger side! Hope that helps, ~Melissa

  2. I made these today but they didn’t easily roll in to a ball or stay together very well. Could the fact that I used crunchy peanut butter (the only kind I had on hand) be the problem?

  3. Making these right now with a few tweaks based on whats in my pantry. Can’t Wait to try them!

      1. Glad to say they were a hit this morning! Mine included almond slivers and salted caramel chips. Thanks for the inspiration!

        1. Sounds delicious! I may need to go make a batch now, I’m glad you enjoyed them Brittany! ~Melissa

  4. I wanted to pin your article re stainless steel appliances and avoiding fingerprints on them. I don’t know if you are aware that your site is so slow in loading images to pin, that I just decided not to pin at all. Could it be that even when I opened the article on waxing the refrigerator, there were still too many other images to load…I wonder if that is why it was so slow. I’M just saying after I read an article, if I like it, I might pin it. But yours took too long
BTW, it didn’t ever load the photos despite going back to it 2 additional times. In the meantime, I pinned 3 or 4 other peoples’ sites.
