I love blueberry season and am always looking for new ways to enjoy them when they are plentiful in the summer. From my favorite Blueberry Cake to Blueberry Caprese Skewers, there as so many ways to serve blueberries!

This single serve Blueberry Cobbler is one of my favorite ways to satisfy my sweet cravings. It only have four ingredients and can be ready in just twenty minutes!

Single Serve Blueberry Cobbler

Description

These easy single serve blueberry cobblers can be made in less than twenty minutes! With just four ingredients, they are the perfect answer to your sweet cravings!


Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 3/4 cup blueberries
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 3 tbsp yellow cake mix
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, chopped into small pieces

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Add blueberries to a ceramic ramekin, sprinkle with sugar.
  3. Sprinkle cake mix over blueberries and sugar.
  4. Top with butter.
  5. Bake for 18 minutes or until golden and bubbling.
  6. Serve warm.

  • You can bake these cobblers in mini mason jars as well

I love this sneaky shortcut cobbler-it’s insanely good and so easy! I always keep a box of yellow cake mix on hand for these treats (and for my Cake Batter Smoothies!)
