Chocolate Covered S’more Pops

How do you make three little boys clean up a tornado of Legos in about ten minutes flat? Bust out some amazing Chocolate Covered S’mores and watch the clean up begin! Seriously, these are ah-mazing and I’m pretty sure you’re going to love them!

Ingredients:

graham crackers
large marshmallows
chocolate chips
white chocolate bark

Note that I didn’t put quantities on there-you can make these one at a time or twenty at a time depending on your preference so I trust your judgement on figuring out how much of each ingredient you need!

To make these we’re going to use the oven rather than the firepit.  Assemble the s’mores by layering half a graham cracker, chocolate chips, and a large marshmallow.  Bake at 350 for about 5-10 minutes or until marshmallow swells up to the size of the graham cracker.  Remove from the oven and immediately press a cakepop stick (found in the cake decorating area of the store) into the marshmallow and top with another half graham cracker, smush the top graham cracker down so the marshmallow spreads out and holds your s’more together.  Allow the s’more to cool completely.

In the meantime melt white chocolate bark in a small bowl according to package directions. Once s’mores are completely cool carefully dip each s’more in the melted chocolate and place on a wax paper covered tray, sprinkle immediately with more chocolate chips if desired and place in refrigerator for 30 minutes to harden.

I can’t even explain how quickly my three boys ate these up, they are definitely the gold standard in sweet treats at our house for now!

Does your family love s’mores as much as we do?
