Are y’all ready for an amazing summer treat? I don’t know why I didn’t try this before!
I recently picked up one of International Delights new Cold Stone Creamery flavors (omg do y’all love Cold Stone Creamery as much as I do?!) I love all the flavors but this day in particular the Founder’s Favorite caught my eye-possibly for the subtitle “Brownie Supreme,” sounds good to me!
I picked it up for my husband to take to work for his coffee there but before I could send it off with him I had an idea for a scrum-delicious treat…frozen pudding! I mean, we all remember having pudding pops as kids, right? To be completely honest I did actually try to make pudding pops at first and it was a total fail…they didn’t “grip” the pop sticks enough and I was left with frozen pudding held hostage in my pop maker.
Round two ended up much better and was a huge hit! The creamer adds an extra kick of flavor that takes this from ho-hum to frozen superstar! perfect for these sweltering summer days!
1 package instant chocolate fudge pudding
1 cup International Delights Cold Stone Creamery Founder’s Favorite Creamer
1 cup milk
Whisk all ingredients in large bowl. Freeze at least four hours. Enjoy.
(I should get an award for easiest recipe ever, right?)
