Peanut Butter Banana Oatmeal Cookies are a simple, delicious treat sweetened with banana, honey, and maple syrup and ready to eat in less than 30 minutes!

Are you ready for a treat? These Peanut Butter Banana Oatmeal Cookies are amazing! Just like our favorite chocolate chip oatmeal cookies and oatmeal raisin cookies, these cookies are thick, chewy, and packed with flavor!

These cookies are sweetened with bananas, honey, maple syrup, and brown sugar so they are absolutely delicious. Throw in some chocolate chunks and it takes them over the top!

Ingredients

  • bananas
  • peanut butter
  • instant oats
  • salt
  • cinnamon
  • brown sugar
  • honey
  • maple syrup
  • vanilla extract
  • chocolate chunks

Step by step

  1. Preheat oven to 350 and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a large bowl, mash bananas.
  2. Once mashed, add in peanut butter and mix until well combined.
  3. Add in maple syrup, honey, brown sugar, vanilla, salt, and cinnamon and mix well.
  4. Next, add in oats. Stir until well combined. Lastly, add in chocolate chunks and mix.
  1. For 9 large cookies, use 2-3 Tbsp of dough. The dough will be sticky, but do your best to form the dough into a cookie shape because the dough will not spread out.
  2. Bake for 14-15 minutes and allow to cool 5 minutes before removing from the baking sheet. Enjoy warm or cooled!

Ingredients
