We all know that plastic spoon crafts are all the rage right now, remember my Pottery Barn inspired Hurricane? Marie found the instructions for these flowers on Pinterest but the source is a scraper (aka stealer) site so I’m not going to link it here…if anyone knows who the original crafter is please send me a link so I can give credit where credit is due!
Marie said she made them by holding the spoons over a candle flame to melt them and form the petals, then cut off the handles and used hot glue to assemble the flower. Aren’t they gorgeous? They remind me of magnolia blooms! You can see how she got different looks as well by how many petals she added to each flower.
Thank you Marie for allowing me to share your crafty goodness with my readers! Marie doesn’t blog but if you are looking for some bling she is most definitely your girl-you can check out her Lia Sophia website here!
Thanks for stopping by!

Thank you Melissa!! I love my flowers too, they are fun, easy, and great Christmas gifts! My aunt had a good idea, see if they float and make a spot for a tea light candle! Also what about Christmas ordaments? Enjoy craft nation!
I’ve never seen these before! They do look so pretty too. I’m thinking this would be a great after school and rainy day project, thank you!
