Powder Room Paint Update

When we were building the house we chose to have it all painted one color for budget reasons. I told my husband from the get-go however that the downstairs powder room was getting painted first but here we are three months after moving in and I still had not painted anything. When I was ordering the Master bedroom “makeover” paint from Benjamin Moore I figured I should just go ahead and get paint for the powder room as well.  I picked out Shaker Gray.

Pretty right?

Here is the downstairs powder room before:

(Pay no attention to my little “helper!”)

And here is the powder room with its new look!

Please excuse my pictures, even with all my new “manual” skills with my camera it is crazy hard to get a good pic in a tiny interior space!

I am head over heels in love with the new color-the space was so blah before and now it has the contrast I was looking for.  What do you think? What color is your powder room?

Thanks for stopping by!

It has been several years and I still love it. Love the contrast of your paint with the white sink and wood floor in your powder room!

It’s amazing what a little paint can do! It looks fantastic! We’re renting, so no painting for us. Someday I’ll own a home again and get to do all these fun things you are doing. =0)

My entire home needed new paint because it was painted in “array of hershey” chocolate.I was really leaning to gray but I was just not that brave. I Love your gray color!!!
